5th Annual Rotary Art Auction

For Immediate Release

On May 10^th, the 5^th Annual Pomona Rotary Charity Art Auction held its fundraiser to benefit the Wounded Soldiers from the Iraq / Afghanistan Deployment and Their Families who are receiving rehabilitation care at Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation.  The festivities began with a cocktail hour, silent auction and art preview. There were several artists that attended the event this year: Father Bill Moore, John Svenson, Michael Aschenbrenner, Lynnette Howe, Karen Chick, Diana Johnson and Sharon Allemang – Carter. 

There were over 210 supporters that enjoyed hors devours, socializing, talking to the artists and meeting some of the special military quests that attended.  Through the efforts of the committee, artists, and other contributing individuals the fundraiser raised $48,765 to help Casa Colina and the Wounded Soldiers.
